How do I get an employee through the Train The Trainer course?
Its easy! First, you can purchase the TTT on the site or by emailing info@topthebleed.com so the TOP Safety Team can get you the access you need. Next, your employee can either take the course on our E-Learning platform or we can train them in person, whatever works best for your business. All TOP Safety training will need to be completed annually, as per the legal requirement.
How many employees can my "trainer" train?
As many as you want! Having an employee that is able to train the SB553 compliance course is a valuable resource for your business. They will become extremely familiar with the legal requirements and can not only train all of the employees in the business in-house, but can ensure that your WVPP has been accurately completed and is reviewed throughout the year.
How do I get employees trained that we onboard throughout the year?
If my employee goes through the Train The Trainer course, will they be able to create their own training material to train our employees?
What if my business has employees that work both in the office with computers/emails and out in the field with no access to computers/emails?
